The Sustainable Lawyer Track

Energize Your Team: A Model for Peak Performance

We live in a culture of distraction and overwhelm. Less than 30 percent of the people on our teams are actively engaged in their work. More than 70 percent of our employees suffer from stress-related illnesses costing healthcare more than 300 billion dollars annually, and resulting in nearly 50 percent of the absences we see at work. Only 19 percent of employees say that they’re satisfied with their work. The average company loses 20 to 50 percent of its employee base annually. And more than three quarters of the working population, while not actively looking for a job, would take a new one if the right opportunity came along. There is a better way.

You will learn:

  • A model for sustainable peak performance
  • About evidence-based research in emotional intelligence, energy management, and best-practices in leadership
  • Immediately applicable strategies that will significantly improve team engagement, loyalty, satisfaction, and productivity
